About Susan Salerno

Susan Salerno, founder of Altus Training Solutions LLC., has a decade of corporate training and development experience. Most recently, she was a training consultant with Latus Capital Management where she was responsible for client communication and education programs. Formerly, she was a training and development specialist with Highmark Corporation, one of the nation's largest health insurance organizations. She held similar training positions with TIAA-CREF, a major annuity and pension fund manager in New York City. In addition, Susan has two years of corporate supervisory experience with Capital Holding Group in Valley Forge, PA as a customer service supervisor.

She is a graduate of Shippensburg University with a BA. in Communications and has an MA in Educational Psychology from New York University. Susan is a certified distributor for Inscape Publishing, publishers of the DISC profile and other proven assessments and training materials. She is C-level qualified by CPP, Inc. to purchase and administer the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and Strong Interest Inventory, and other CPP, Inc assessment instruments and programs. Susan is a member of the Central Pennsylvania and Greater Philadelphia Chapters of the American Society of Training and Development (ASTD), and the North American Society of Adlerian Psychology. In addition, Susan holds Associate status with the American Psychological Association.
